4/25 update: came for my birthday and they made me feel so special! The owner and employees are all so nice! Wow! Amazing experience. Came here to celebrate something special and was debating between going to Morimoto in Philly or try something more local. We are glad we did. The service was amazing. They are so attentive, we never had to wonder where our server was. We went on a busy, crowded night, too and the service was still great. Our server was so kind and friendly. It really made it a great experience. Also, we got the eagle view platter with the 8 rolls. T as a great choice since it was our first time here. All the rolls were beautiful and fresh. We can’t wait to come back. We never felt rushed either and enjoyed our dinner for about 2 hours. Also, their tea is great.

Really can't say enough great things about my experience at Bluefin. The staff and owners are incredibly welcoming and the food was beyond delicious and the BYOB atmosphere just enhances the whole night by bringing what you know you like! I highly recommend grabbing a sushi bar seat, you'll have a great time chatting with Chef and his staff and witness their culinary passions first hand. The small plates, sushi rolls, and chef's choice plates were unreal ( notably his seasonal ramp roll was amazing) ! Omasake is next up for sure. 5 stars and will 100% be back!

This was my fourth time coming here and it was just as good as the last. The sushi and sashimi quality is unmatched compared to anywhere I’ve been in Pennsylvania. The flavors in their dishes are so unique and you can really tell that they take pride in creating their food and menu items. I was lucky enough to be waited on by Shane who was extremely attentive, helpful, and friendly. I was also lucky enough to get to talk with the head chef Francisco once again who is a wonderful and very talented man. Overall this place is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best sushi restaurant in the area, and in the top 3 we have been to in the US. If you like real sushi, this is the place. Owner/sushi chef is passionate about where and what he gets for his ingredients and it shows. High quality raw fish and some creative other dishes as well. Yes, each dish is a couple dollars more than your standard sushi restaurant but if we are splurging for sushi, we would rather spend a bit more for this level of experience. I am amazed we can get in this place with last minute reservations on a weekend. If you visited a year ago, come again. We saw this place under 3 diff ownerships/mgmt and under James/Joe has been the best.

I came in on a Tuesday night. I met the chef/owner and immediately, I knew it would be great. He steered me to the different options on the menu, talked about some specials with me and we settled on the omakase dinner. I also had the pumpkin soup which was awesome! The fish was fresh and every piece and cut was explained to me. Clearly this place is on another level. They treat their guests so well. At the conclusion of my meal I was brought an amazing small plate of fruit finished in different ways. This was truly a gift and a treat. If you want a truly excellent experience, come to this place! They are passionate. The place is super clean, the lighting is perfect, the vibes are right!

Amazing! Some of the best sushi I've had in a LONG time. Huge fan of the Noname II roll and the Okonomiaki! The restaurant is super nice and not too crowded. The staff was lovely every step of the way, and everyone was so friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get some great sushi!

This has been one of the most memorable date nights out with the wife. We decided to do the chef's Omakase (Chef's tasting menu) and we were both blown away. We went with the mid level (8 courses plus dessert) and it was absolutely incredible. Everything tasted amazing. The chilean sea bass was my personal favorite. Cooked to perfection. It was entirely too much food but it was all amazing and totally worth the price. The progression from course to course was perfect and the timing between courses was just right for such a meal. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back to do this again!!
